Potty Training Boy

We started potty training Camden last week with the help of my mom. His reward:

Every time he tries and every time he goes he gets a new army man. The parachute ones are for the special occasion of going #2 on the potty. He has loved getting army men to play with daddy.

At first we thought we might be crazy trying to tackle this task with a new born baby but we soon realized the timing couldn't be more perfect. It has given Camden a positive reason to be the center of attention when so much focus has been on Carson.

Camden will jump out of the bath to go potty and has been very good at remembering. He still has has his accidents but we are all so very proud of this big boy!

Our biggest success story was last night Camden went with Dean and his family to see How to Train Your Dragon. He had a diaper on just in case of an accident. On the way home Camden told daddy he needed to go potty and he held it all the way from Lehi until he got home. Almost a full 20 minutes and made it home with a dry diaper and went on the potty!
